Is the Azza shoe cleaner safe for all fencing shoe materials?
Yes — it’s formulated for the mix of synthetic leather, mesh, and rubber found on fencing shoes. It won’t damage breathable mesh panels or strip colour from synthetic uppers. For suede or nubuck sections, test on a small area first.
How often should I clean my fencing shoes?
After every 3–5 training sessions is a good rhythm, or immediately after any session where the shoes got visibly dirty or sweaty. Regular cleaning prevents odour build-up and keeps the upper material supple, which extends the life of the shoe.
What’s included in the cleaning kit?
The kit includes five pieces: an upper cleaner with an integrated brush (for mesh and synthetic uppers), a rubber-sole cleaner with an integrated brush, two deodorizing sticks, and a microfibre cloth. Everything you need to clean the shoe top-to-bottom and keep it fresh between sessions.
Can I use it on other sports shoes or trainers?
Yes — the formula works on most athletic footwear. It’s designed for synthetic materials common across sports shoes, so it’s equally effective on running shoes, court shoes, or casual trainers.
